Let us start our lesson saying some prayers and continue to work on memorizing the prayer "Blessed is the Spot."
God created all of humanity to live together as one family. If we are to do this, we cannot let differences come between us. Instead we should mingle with people of every religion, race, nation and class with love and kindness in our hearts. Did you know that you have spiritual super powers? You can use these spiritual super powers to transform yourself and the world around you. Kindness is one of these powers and when we treat ourselves and others with kindness it can change a sad day into a happy one. Using the power of kindness helps build unity and it makes working together much easier and more enjoyable.
Let's use the interactive Word Games Page to learn the meaning of the words in the quote and help with memorizing it.

How will you show your kindness?
Everyone forms a circle with their hands out in front of them. One person stands in the middle of the circle holding a coin or another object, like a stone. The coin represents a quality, for instance, “kindness”. The person in the middle of the circle walks along, passing their hand over the hands of each one in the circle and says, for example: “John is kind, Martha is kind, Dervi is kind, and so on” and leaves the coin in the hand of one person in the circle. Each person in the circle closes their hands, acting as though they have been given the coin. Once the person has gone around the entire circle, someone guesses who has the coin by saying, for example, “Kenji is very kind.” Then Kenji should open thier hands and show whether or not they have the coin. Whoever has discovered the person with the coin they start the game again with a different virtue.
