Let us start our lesson saying some prayers and continue to work on memorizing the prayer "Blessed is the Spot."
Contentment is finding joy in what we already have in our lives, feeling at peace within ourselves. ‘Abdu’l-Bahá would tell the friends who came to ask his help with problems in their life that it is easy to be content when everything is going well, when you’re healthy and living in comfort. What is more difficult is to feel happy and content in times of trouble, in times of illness and hardship. ‘Abdu’l-Bahá was always cheerful and optimistic regardless of what hardship came his way and he would continually ask the friends he met, “Are you happy?” and he would tell them to be happy because this was the way to know a spiritual life.
Let's use the interactive Word Games Page to learn the meaning of the words in the quote and help with memorizing it.
Here is an opportunity to get your artistic talents flowing to tell the story of The Mouse Who Was Never Content.

One person is selcted to be the “sculptor”. The Sculptor then chooses someone else to come to the front of the group and take some kind of position, for example, bent over with arms stretched out. One by one, every other person is called to the front of the group and added to the sculpture. Each person is in a different position making one large unusual shape. When everyone has become a part of the sculpture, the Sculptor then becomes the final piece.
